SUNREEF YACHTS EXPANDS WITH NEW UAE SHIPYARD
In response to a rising demand from the Middle East, Asia and Australia, Sunreef Yachts is set to open its first overseas center in Ras Al-Khaimah, the United Arab Emirates.
Investing a total of nearly 30 million euros, Sunreef Yachts has acquired a 65,000m2 land reserve, on which the construction of the first 13,000m2 building will begin within the following weeks.
The site will begin production in September 2023, employing initially around 50 people, and will be entirely dedicated to the construction of luxury, custom-made catamarans. Within three years, the site should employ up to 800 people.
