Over the years, Audi’s concept cars have not so subtly given away the exterior designs and interior styles of future models.
The original 1995 TT concept was virtually unchanged when it went into production four years later, and again the 2003 Le Mans quattro concept was virtually identical to the 2006 Audi R8. So, we’re quietly confident the next generation of luxury Audi sedans will look very similar to the Audi grandsphere concept study seen here.
Expect the near-future, all-electric Audis to be wind tunnel-smooth, devoid of any decor or superfluous flourishes, with an equally digitally-detoxed interior, with no instrument dials or black tablet screens visible. Pure, motoring Zen.
