These measures concern anyone looking to access the MYS site (visitors and exhibitors) during the four days of the show (September 22-25), as well as all technical teams and service providers for as long as exhibiting companies are still on site, i.e. from set-up to disassembly (September 13 to 29).
In addition to the measures now in place at any event or location welcoming the public (barrier gestures, masks, sanitizing gel available throughout the exhibition), the MYS will also be reinforcing the cleaning protocol for the exhibition’s common areas and will disinfect the ventilation and air-conditioning systems daily.
From September 22 to 25, visitors will have to wear a mask and present a health pass (1)for each day of their visit.
Step 1 – Sanitary check: Present your sanitary pass and a piece of ID at the control points located near the show’s entrances. A “health pass” bracelet will be issued for the day.
The bracelet allows you to enter and exit the exhibition without having to present your pass each time.
Step 2 – Accessing the exhibition: Present your “health pass” bracelet and your MYS ticket to collect your visitor’s badge at one of the entrances.
