After formally qualifying as a chef back in 1983, Beck rose through the ranks, cutting his teeth in a number of Michelin starred eateries, before landing a 3 Michelin Starred restaurant of his own, La Pergola, in Rome in 1994. Twenty yeas later, Social by Heinz Beck opened in the Waldorf Astoria on the Palm Jumeirah, quickly establishing itself on Dubai’s Italian scene. Beck’s unique interpretation of the modern kitchen allows him to implement innovative techniques to transform simple ingredients into highly evocative dishes. Currently, you can experience a summer special three or four course set menu curated by Chef Heinz Beck himself. Savour mouth-watering dishes such as his signature fagotelli carbonara or beef tenderloin with bell pepper and potato gratin, finishing the evening with a special Italian tiramisu.
