Italian Boat Builder Baglietto’s intense launching season continues at full speed. The sixth DOM 133 hull, with exteriors penned by Stefano Vafiadis, hit the water.
The launch took place in the Carrara harbour in the presence of the Owner. Afterward, the yacht – a sale secured with the precious support of Northrop & Johnson Fort Lauderdale – was moved to La Spezia to complete fitting-out operations.
Barbara Anne has preserved the design innovations first introduced in the DOM 133 line with hull No. 10246 with a view to maximising a sense of openness and ensuring the closest possible contact with the sea: with the main deck ventilation ducts now moved outside, for instance, the main saloon can feature magnificent full glazing on the left side. On the upper deck, two floor-to-ceiling windows open onto as many side balconies. Aft, the pool on two levels has the yacht’s logo engraved on the bottom, while the one on the sun deck is fully custom, having been specially designed and built for this unit.
The interiors have been pencilled by Leonardo Santi drawing inspiration from car design, including a tribute to the unmistakable shades of iconic brands in the automotive sector: Ferrari red, green, and blue and Lamborghini orange pervade the guest cabins on the lower deck, while the wheelhouse, which features a bronze-coated carbon top, has grille inserts reminding those of sports cars.
