NEW SIRENA 118 PROJECT UNVEILED

A decidedly contemporary 36-metre superyacht from the Turkish shipyard.

Launching a new yacht at the Monaco Yacht Show is the pinnacle for any shipyard and last September’s event included many debutants, including this, the Sirena Yachts 118.

Although detailed design works for this contemporary 36-metre yacht are still under way, Monaco Yacht Show visitors were treated to a series of renders which illustrate the scale of Sirena’s ambitions.

TRIPLE DECK

A flexible tri-deck layout courtesy of Sirena’s design team (interiors by Cor D Rover and naval architecture by German Frers), gives the Sirena 118 an advantage from the start, with large amounts of interior space included in her sub 300GT build. A plumb bow creates additional volume in an already generous hull, and this Sirena trademark also makes space for a VIP and up to four guest cabins on the lower deck, with the Owner’s stateroom dominating the forward section of the main deck. Uniquely, the Owner’s suite can be spread across two decks, with a spiral staircase leading down to a huge relaxation area, complete with a fold-down swim platform close to the water.

Social areas are no less impressive with an informal dining and lounging area on the main deck aft, with floor-to-ceiling windows and a seamless transition to the deck outside. There’s an expansive dining area and a wet bar on the upper deck, as well as a more private exterior deck.

Sirena CEO Cagin Genc concludes: “The Sirena 118 will be the largest GRP yacht we have built to date. This superyacht is being carefully developed as the highest expression yet of the values that have made Sirena Yachts and Sirena Superyachts so successful around the world. Smart solutions, impeccable engineering and sharp, contemporary styling combine with our deep appreciation of the yachting lifestyle. We are looking forward to keeping yachting fans updated.”
