Dubai real estate developer Omniyat has set a new Burj Khalifa district record with the Penthouse at the Lana Residences selling for AED 139 million.

Overlooking the Marasi Bay Marina on the Dubai Canal, the 16,594 sq. ft. four-bedroom penthouse boasts an amazing view of Business Bay and Downtown along with bespoke interiors courtesy of Gilles & Boissier design studio.

The sale of the Penthouse at The Lana Residences follows a number of record-breaking Omniyat projects, such as the One at Palm Jumeirah penthouse (sold for AED 102 million in 2017) and more recently, the Sky Palace at AVA at Palm Jumeirah, Dorchester Collection, which went for AED 220 million in 2023.

Curated by OMNIYAT: The Lana, which celebrated its grand opening in April 2024, is managed by the Dorchester Collection.
